01 — Sector 51

Beyond the public eye, Sector 51 Labs is an advanced biomedical research facility built to investigate what science cannot explain. Behind its sealed doors, every unknown is meant to be studied, stabilized and contained.
Then an organism was recovered in the Vaultara Desert. No match. No precedent. One decision would turn a classified research project into an experiment gone wrong.
PROJECT U-K-N-001 · CLASSIFIED
02 — Discovery

An unknown organism is discovered in the Vaultara Desert.
The recovery team brings the specimen to Sector 51. There is no biological match.
BIOLOGICAL MATCH: NONE
03 — Classification

Unknown DNA. Unknown anatomy. Unknown behavior. No reference in the database.
The specimen is given the only designation the researchers can justify: Unknown.
SPECIMEN DESIGNATED: UNKNOWN
04 — Research board decision

Standard protocol is not permitted for an unknown specimen. The board considers experimental stabilizer X-51 instead.
Its specialized bio-reactive agent has never been tested: no unknown specimen has ever been recovered. The board decides that using X-51 is less risky than taking no action.
EXPERIMENTAL STABILIZER X-51: APPROVED
05 — X-51 deployment

The injection is administered.
The projected result is simple: stabilize the specimen, contain it, and observe.
STABILIZE · CONTAIN · OBSERVE
06 — Unexpected response

Instead of stabilization, dormant genetic pathways activate.
X-51 has awakened something the researchers did not know was there.
DORMANT GENETIC PATHWAYS: ACTIVE
07 — Transformation

The original specimen permanently mutates into the first Rongeroon. Its awakened form is inherently chaotic, driven to spread disorder and havoc.
The familiar traits remain: eyes, horns, mouth and fangs, claws, paws and dorsal spikes.
CUTE WAS ONLY THE BEGINNING
08 — Replication

A violent hiccup makes the subject involuntarily expel a bio-reactive mass.
It is not an egg. It is active, and replication is imminent.
NOT AN EGG · ACTIVE BIO-REACTIVE MASS
09 — New lifeform formation

The bio-reactive mass restructures.
A new Rongeroon entity is born.
NEW RONGEROON ENTITY DETECTED
10 — Breakdown

Group instability triggers simultaneous hiccups and uncontrolled replication.
New Rongeroons begin forming rapidly, each with a unique DNA.
UNCONTROLLED REPLICATION · UNIQUE DNA
11 — Lab lockdown

A breach. A rapid spread. The lab is placed under lockdown.
Sector 51 seals its doors, but the incident is already inside.
LAB STATUS: LOCKDOWN
12 — Behavioral testing

Single-subject testing confirms that Rongeroons remain manageable under isolation.
A Rongeroon is chaotic by nature. Alone, it can be controlled. In groups, it becomes impossible to control.
ISOLATION PROTOCOL · ONE SUBJECT AT A TIME
13 — Board resolution

Rongeroons spread through vents, pipes and hidden service systems. There is no reliable way to stop replication.
Before total facility collapse, the board approves relocation to the outer world. The decision exposes the secrets of Sector 51 to the outside world.
OUTER WORLD RELOCATION: AUTHORIZED
14 — Pod deployment

Each subject is sealed in a containment pod and transferred beyond Sector 51.
The pods allow controlled descent and dispersion into the outer world.
BIO-CONTAINMENT POD: SEALED
15 — Handler protocol

In the outer world, each handler manages one Rongeroon individually, helping maintain calm and prevent chaos.
Natural light exposure suppresses replication.
NATURAL LIGHT SUPPRESSES REPLICATION
16 — Outer world chaos

Rongeroons tend to escape their handlers, gather in groups and create chaos.
However, they can no longer replicate. The final instruction remains: avoid group formation.
AVOID GROUP FORMATION
